In pursuit of the 37th America’s Cup, INEOS Britannia has named Harken an Official Supplier. This partnership signifies a renewed collaboration as the two teams continue to design, test, and manufacture equipment tailored specifically for their Test Boats and newly unveiled AC75 Race Boat.

Harken will supply deck hardware, blocks, winches, and hydraulic cylinders, along with custom designs for INEOS Britannia boats used in test and competition. The equipment is designed and built in Harken factories in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA and Limido Comasco, Italy.

“Collaborating and problem solving with some of the smartest minds in the industry to develop the best equipment possible is the challenge we’re made for,” said Mark Wiss, Harken Director of Custom and Grand Prix Sales. “Working together to set new standards epitomizes who we are and keeps us At The Front. We are honored to partner with INEOS Britannia who share our commitment to embracing risk and pushing boundaries.”

INEOS Britannia is the British Challenger of Record representing Royal Yacht Squadron Ltd for the 37th America’s Cup. The America's Cup is known for intricate rules that require the exploration of advanced technology, often within compressed timing, making technical partnership decisions important to the teams.

Sir Ben Ainslie, CEO and Skipper of INEOS Britannia, emphasizes the depth and significance of the partnership, “Our partnership with Harken transcends mere design and execution. We send them innovative concepts and ideas and they develop them into assets that significantly increase our performance on the water. They are the perfect case study for a high-functioning partnership that we depend on in our pursuit to win the 37th America’s Cup.”

The 37th America’s Cup Match will take place in late October 2024 (12-27 October), in Barcelona Spain in AC75 Class race boats.
