Dynamiq is proud to announce the sale of a new 50-metre superyacht, a member of the Gran Turismo Transatlantic series. With avantgarde exterior styling that is now synonymous with the brand, the all-new model will be fully built in aluminium and carbon fibre. The GTT 160's fast displacement round bilge hull is designed with hydrodynamic excellence in mind, with close attention being paid to obtaining optimal efficiency and comfort. The superyacht's lightweight construction, with further implementation of Hull Vane technology, makes it possible to lower the engine size by 40% in comparison with similar sized steel models. These technical features will enable the GTT 160 to achieve a top speed of 16+ knots and have an ocean-crossing range of more than 4,500 nm, all while being much eco-friendlier and more sustainable. The GTT 160 boasts six spacious guest cabins, including a full-beam owner's stateroom on the main deck and is designed in relaxed Maldivian style. The superyacht comes with a massive beach club on the main deck aft, complete with a 12-person pool and folding terraces, as well as a stunning observation deck for unparalleled sea views. Safety and comfort will be guaranteed, as GTT 160 will be built to strictest BV commercial requirements, including the prestigious Comfort Class notation.
The North European buyer was introduced to Dynamiq by Pierre Badin from Denison Yachting's Monaco office.
"It was a great experience dealing with Dynamiq as they showed extreme flexibility in fulfilling all of the owner's wishes," says Pierre. "Being a forward-thinking concept, some changes were required to match the client's family-centric lifestyle, but these were all incorporated fast and smoothly. It's quite a unique situation when a design bureau is basically directly linked to the shipyard. Dobroserdov Design made all sketches and investigations almost in real time, which the client really appreciated. Another positive factor is that Dynamiq headquarters are based in Monaco, so it's incredibly easy for European clients to get a consultation and work everything out without having to go all the way to Turkey."
"We are extremely happy to welcome another savvy client to the Dynamiq family who shares our passion for innovation, efficiency and contemporary design," says Dynamiq CEO and Exterior Designer, Sergei Dobroserdov. "This time we decided to appoint long-term partner Vripack in the Netherlands as our naval architecture contractor with the Dutch Studio Delta to execute complex aluminium structural calculations, ensuring the yacht is designed to the highest northern European standards."
This new construction also marks a big change for Dynamiq, as production has been fully moved to the Antalya Free Zone in Turkey where international subcontractors from Germany, Austria and Italy team up with the best local craftsmen. This modern and high-tech facility is well fitted out for building the full range of Dynamiq superyachts up to 60 metres in length with various powertrain options including hybrid technology and delivers world class vessels due to a carefully managed working environment and strict quality control. The 50m GTT 160 will be delivered in the summer of 2025 and will join the charter market.
