Cantiere del Pardo underwent tremendous growth since its acquisition through a Management By Out by its current chief executives, Fabio Planamente and Gigi Servidati, currently CEO and chairman of the company respectively.

On 2023, Cantiere del Pardo proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary; a significant milestone since the first Grand Soleil 34 was launched back in 1973. That August, Sandro Veronesi's Calzedonia Group acquired the shipyard, further consolidating its position in the industry.

Nobody is more suited than Fabio Planamente, the CEO, to illustrate the remarkable results achieved and the future prospects for the company's three prestigious brands: Grand Soleil, Pardo Yachts and Van Dutch.
