Ferretti Spa, one of the world's leading luxury yacht manufacturers, has announced a significant evolution in its management structure. Stefano de Vivo, a key figure in the group for over a decade, has decided to step down from his role as Chief Commercial Officer of Ferretti Group and Managing Director of Wally.
De Vivo, who played a crucial role in the commercial development and expansion of the Wally brand, has chosen to take on a new professional challenge by assuming the role of CEO at his own Family Office starting from November 1st. This decision marks an important shift for De Vivo, who, despite his new commitment, will maintain a connection with the Ferretti Group. He will continue to collaborate as a technical consultant for the development of Wally Sail, offering the group his extensive experience and expertise in the sector.
The Ferretti Group expressed its appreciation for the work carried out by Stefano de Vivo over the years, acknowledging his fundamental contribution to the growth and consolidation of the Wally brand, renowned for its innovations in yacht design and technology.
This transition comes at a strategic time for Ferretti, which continues to strengthen its position in the global luxury yachting market by focusing on innovation, quality, and customer care. De Vivo's consultancy for Wally Sail will ensure strategic continuity in the brand's development initiatives, guaranteeing that the excellence and vision that have characterized Wally in recent years will continue without interruption.
The yachting sector, which closely monitors changes in the management of major industrial groups, will be keenly observing the evolution of Wally under its new leadership and the impact of Stefano de Vivo's consultancy on future corporate strategies.
