Ferretti Group has announced a reorganization of its commercial division, with the aim of supporting international growth and consolidating its leadership in the high-end yachting sector.
As of September 3, 2025, Giordano Pellacani takes on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), reporting directly to CEO Alberto Galassi. A naval engineer with twenty years of industry experience, Pellacani has already held the position of Chief Sales Officer for the Custom Business segment at Ferretti and has built a long career with other major competing shipyards. His appointment, the company underlines, is intended to strengthen strategic development and further expand the Group’s global sales network.
According to reports circulating on Radio Banchina in recent hours, Daniele Caronna has also joined Ferretti Group, specifically within Custom Line. Caronna is a seasoned professional in the nautical sector and, until just a few weeks ago, was Sales Director for the Maiora line at Next Yacht Group.
The new structure features two distinct divisions:
Sales Director Serial Business: entrusted to Massimo Jannone, who brings over 20 years of experience, including six as Head of Sales at Riva. He will oversee the sales activities of the Riva, Pershing, Itama, Ferretti Yachts brands, as well as the pre-owned business.
Sales Director Custom Business: assigned to Vittorio Blengini, a manager with around 20 years of experience gained at Riva, Perini Navi and The Italian Sea Group, where he served as Sales Director.
Supporting the new organization is also Marco Viti, former President and CEO of Sanlorenzo’s Yachts division. With a thirty-year career in the yachting sector, Viti will work alongside Pellacani on strengthening the dealer network, developing new models, and supporting Product Marketing and CRM activities.
“We are proud to announce that Engineer Giordano Pellacani will lead the Group’s commercial division, an appointment that further strengthens our structure and our ability to compete at the highest levels,” commented Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group. “Pellacani, like the colleagues now holding top positions within the commercial area, brings solid experience and a strategic vision that will play a decisive role in consolidating our market positioning. This confirms the Group’s intention to grow on increasingly solid foundations, while keeping quality, innovation, and passion at the core of our identity.”
With this reorganization, Ferretti Group aims for greater dynamism in commercial management, offering the market increasingly innovative solutions and reinforcing its global presence.
