Luca Dini Design & Architecture and M3 Monaco have announced a strategic partnership aimed at the development of the next generation of marinas, waterfronts, and nautical destinations on a global scale.
The agreement brings together two firms with complementary areas of expertise. M3 Monaco is an international consultancy specialising in marina and nautical destination development, with services spanning market strategy, operations, governance, and long-term asset performance. Luca Dini Design & Architecture is a studio with experience in yachting, interior design, and architecture, whose activity also encompasses strategic, regulatory, economic, and institutional advisory in the creation of high-end destinations.
Industry forecasts cited in the announcement indicate that waterfront infrastructure development will be one of the principal investment trends over the next five to ten years, driven by demand for premium coastal destinations, yachting facilities, and integrated seafront environments.
Scope of services
The partnership proposes an integrated support model addressed to investors, port operators, public authorities, and development agencies across the full lifecycle of a project. Services cover market analysis and feasibility studies, regulatory and institutional advisory, masterplanning, architecture, and design, economic and operational strategy, destination management, and long-term asset optimisation. ESG compliance is also included within the scope.
Among the stated objectives of the alliance is supporting marinas and yacht clubs in aligning with recognised sector benchmarks, including the La Belle Classe Destinations certification framework of the Yacht Club de Monaco — established in 2011 to promote excellence in facilities, services, events, and the preservation of each destination's identity.
Statements
"Monaco has long been a reference in global yachting. Initiatives such as this partnership contribute to extending that legacy through ambitious developments worldwide," said Bernard d'Alessandri, Secretary General of the Yacht Club de Monaco.
"As global investment turns toward marinas and waterfronts, this partnership places us at the forefront of an expanding market," said Luca Dini, Founder and CEO of Luca Dini Design & Architecture.
