Inside the tourist port of Sanremo, the fuel station reopens under the new name Portosole Energy and comes under the direct management of Portosole. The facility resumes operations from Monday, 2 March 2026, after a closure period required to complete maintenance work and ensure compliance with current regulations.

The station has long been a reference service for pleasure craft and vessels in transit along the Riviera dei Fiori and now returns to full operation with the aim of ensuring continuity within the harbour. “With the end of the previous state concession and the related management agreements, Portosole is taking over direct management of the facility,” says Giorgio Casareto, CEO of Portosole Sanremo. This decision is part of a broader process to strengthen the internal organisation of the port, already underway with the direct management of the shipyard, now known as Portosole Shipyard.

Portosole Energy is located in a strategic position between Portosole and the Old Port of Sanremo and can accommodate vessels with berths up to 100 metres in length. The wide water basin in front of the station allows easy manoeuvring and immediate access to the quay, while the high-flow pumps, delivering up to 500 litres per minute, ensure short refuelling times even for Mega and Super Yachts.

In line with international regulations, the station supplies tax-reduced SIF diesel for commercial use, national diesel and gasoline. On request, the operator provides a certificate of analysis, the technical data sheet and a sample of the product, supporting the traceability and quality control requirements of the fuel.

Portosole Energy is open from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, and remains closed on Sundays. A landline and a dedicated mobile number are available for information and operational needs. The integration of the new facility into Portosole’s internal management further completes the range of services offered to the port’s customers, with coordinated infrastructures, skills and assistance at the quay.
