The latest monthly report filed by The Italian Sea Group with the Court of Florence provides an updated picture of the company’s financial and economic position as of 31 July 2026, within the proceedings under Article 44 of the Italian Business Crisis and Insolvency Code. The preliminary, unaudited figures show negative net equity of €402.1 million and a loss for the period of €25.6 million, while current liabilities amount to €512.4 million. On the earnings side, the management accounts report negative EBITDA of €13.3 million and negative EBIT of €21.7 million, with the result also affected by almost €12 million in extraordinary items, mainly related to agreements reached with suppliers and to costs incurred and expected for the company’s restructuring and recovery.

The document therefore provides a further numerical update on TISG’s position as it proceeds through its crisis-management process. The company specifies that the figures may still be subject to adjustments, additions and reclassifications.
