A bat-shaped hard top, two-tone tubes and a reversed windscreen, all familiar from the Combat 14. What is new sits at the companionway: a pair of gull-wing doors leading below deck. The Combat 20 carries the Combat 14's signature elements onto a hull measuring 19.80 metres overall, with a beam of 6.70 metres and tubes 0.85 metres in diameter.

The new flagship of the Combat range is in development, with launch expected during 2027. According to the company, the success of the Combat 14 persuaded CEO Corrado Rizzardi to bring the original industrial plan forward by one year. Design is again by architect Gianluca Caputi, who keeps the family feeling of the Combat 14.

The bow chaise-longue and the large aft sunpad also carry over. The hard top rests on a double support aft and shelters a living area with an aft-facing dinette; it can integrate solar panels to power onboard services. A galley/bar unit is planned next to the aft sunpad.

The double gull-wing door was specified by Corrado Rizzardi. It gives direct access to the bathroom without passing through the other areas below, so guests have their own route and the owner's privacy is preserved when required.

Below deck there are two cabins, forward and aft, both configurable. Amidships a dinette can take a second galley in addition to the one on deck. The builder says the bathroom offers an interior volume comparable to that found on boats over 20 metres.

Under the bow sunpad is a multi-purpose space that can serve as storage for equipment and toys, as a crew cabin, or even as a garage for a personal watercraft.

The inboard version, with Top-System Surface Drive transmissions and surface propellers, is planned with between 2 x 1,300 HP and 2 x 2,000 HP. The outboard version uses four or five 600 HP engines, for up to 3,000 HP in total. The design targets an estimated top speed of between 48 and 58 knots and an indicative range of 200-350 miles, with final figures depending on configuration, engines and load.

A hybrid version with one or two generators and electric propulsion is also under study. The stated aim is a cruising speed in the region of 25-28 knots and an indicative range of up to 250 miles.
