Galeon 570 Sky to make world debut at Fort Lauderdale

Galeon Yachts will show the new 570 Sky for the first time at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), where the model makes its world premiere. The yard describes it as a sports yacht.

The 570 Sky measures 17.55 metres and has Galeon’s Beach Mode. When the side balconies are folded down, the usable beam grows from 4.83 to 6.86 metres. A sliding galley window, a convertible bar and an open cockpit also link the interior with the water.

On the upper deck, the helm takes its cues from a coupé. It has an electrically folding console and an opening sunroof. For longer trips the boat offers a flexible aft area, a three-cabin layout and the Atlantic Design Package by Insitu & Partners Studio.

Two Volvo Penta engines of up to 900 hp each give a maximum combined output of 1,800 hp. Fuel capacity is approximately 2,200 litres.
