E1, the world’s first all-electric raceboat Championship, announces that Champagne Telmont is to expand its long association, now becoming its Official Champagne Partner.
Telmont is central to E1’s podium celebrations and is also served to guests in the E1 Ocean Club, the Championship's exclusive hospitality offering.
Both brands share a commitment to sustainability. Founded in 1912, Telmont has built its reputation on producing exceptional champagne while placing environmental responsibility at the centre of its operations. The house has committed to transitioning fully to regenerative and organic viticulture, with ambitions to become climate positive by 2030 and net positive by 2050.
The new agreement builds on the relationship that has been in place since E1’s first season in 2024, and will be celebrated at the E1 Lake Como GP 2026 presented by Villa d’Este on 24–25 April.
Jamie Copas, Chief Executive Officer of E1 said: “We are delighted to continue and expand our relationship with Telmont, a company who shares our deep commitment to sustainability and excellence, making them a natural partner for E1.
“Now becoming our Official Champagne Partner, Telmont takes the partnership to a new level. From our E1 Ocean Club hospitality through to podium celebrations, Telmont enhances the luxury experience for guests and fans at an E1 race weekend.”
Ludovic du Plessis, President of Telmont, said: “Leveraging on innovation and technology, E1 is revolutionizing - and decarbonizing – a prestigious sport, a discipline of excellence, while continuing to offer an exceptional experience. This is exactly the spirit in which Maison Telmont acts in Champagne: innovating to help reduce our impact on the environment, while upholding traditional know-how. We are proud to be an official partner of the UIM E1 World Championship.”
