E1 has announced that Miami will host a double-header and season finale with back-to-back Championship races set for 13 and 14 November.

As in 2025, Miami will once again provide a fitting stage for the Championship decider, bringing E1 to one of the world’s most iconic waterfront cities. 

Long regarded as a home of powerboat racing, Miami has staged international competitions since the 1950s on Biscayne Bay, establishing itself as a global hub for high-performance racing on water.

With the Middle East and European legs of the season complete, Team Brady has moved to the top of the standings. Champions for the past two seasons, the team now hold a slender nine-point lead over Will Smith's Westbrook Racing by Visit Angola team. Team AluLa, championed by LeBron James, is a further 35 points adrift.

As part of a 2026 calendar update that still sees the Championship visit four continents including Africa next week with the E1 Luanda GP 2026, E1 will not race in Nigeria or the Bahamas this season.

Jamie Copas, Chief Executive Officer, E1 said: "With Miami now hosting the season finale, it's set to be a Championship decider and as our first E1 double-header, teams will be competing with added intensity, with so many points on the table. It's shaping up to be one of the closest title fights E1 has witnessed yet."
