The Offshore Racing Congress (ORC) is pleased to announce that the Submissions to its Annual Meeting held from October 31st to November 4th, 2026 are now available to view or download at https://orc.org/agm-2026-palmas.

There are a total of 51 submissions from national authorities in 9 countries around the world and the ORC Management Committee that have asked for changes to ORC rules and policies in a wide array of topics, ranging from boat, rig and sail measurements to reporting race results to use of ORC's Weather Routed Scoring (WRS). These are described in each submission and are assigned for discussion to one or more of several ORC committees that will be at the Annual Meeting.

"We are pleased to see such active engagement of our constituencies around the world that are using ORC," said Bruno Finzi, Chairman of ORC. "This process is important to keep our rules and policies relevant and evolving with the sport, both at the technical and political levels."

At the Annual Meeting the Chairman of each committee reports to the ORC Congress the decisions made from discussions on these submissions and what they recommend to the Congress to vote on for rule changes made for the 2027 sailing season.
