Baglietto has secured a notable double win at this year’s World Superyacht Awards, held over the weekend in the evocative setting of Venice’s Arsenale.

Among the most respected accolades in the industry, the awards are uniquely judged by an experienced panel of yacht owners and designers recognising projects that stand out for their design integrity, technical excellence and quality of execution.

Baglietto was honoured for two recent deliveries that speak to the yard’s evolving design narrative: MY Awandra, with exterior design by Francesco Paszkowski Design and interiors developed in collaboration with Margherita Casprini as " Best displacement Motor Yachts 499GT and below, 50m and above" and MY Andala, featuring exterior styling by Stefano Vafiadis and interiors by Giorgio Cassetta as best "Displacement motor yachts 499GT and below, 40m to 44.9m

In the words of the judges:

“Awandra captivated the panel with her poised, contemporary profile and a design approach centred on lifestyle. Conceived with family living, sport and the outdoors in mind, she expresses the owner’s vision of a yacht that feels both sophisticated and relaxed. A high degree of customisation sets her apart from earlier Baglietto T52s, most notably in the introduction of a verandah-style upper deck lounge and the transformation of the traditional beach club into a versatile ‘adventure room’. These considered interventions give Awandra a distinctive character, marking a thoughtful evolution of the series.”

“Andala drew praise for her elegant exterior lines by Stefano Vafiadis and her light-filled interiors by Cassetta Yacht Designers, where a strong connection to the sea defines the onboard experience. The judges also highlighted the consistent refinement of Baglietto’s build quality—evident in Andala as the eighth unit in the DOM 133 series. Designed with family life and long-range cruising in mind, she offers generous volumes, floor-to-ceiling glazing and fluid indoor-outdoor living. Notable features include twin swimming pools—on the sundeck and aft on the main deck—a beach club with direct access to the water, and a panoramic master suite.”

“We are very proud. This recognition is particularly meaningful,” commented Baglietto CEO Diego Michele Deprati. “A double win such as this reflects the clarity of the path we have chosen to follow—one rooted in heritage, yet open to continuous evolution. With Awandra and Andala, the ambition was to create yachts defined by balance and coherence, where innovation is always guided by a strong sense of identity.”

With these latest accolades, Baglietto further affirms its standing within the upper echelon of the global superyacht market, continuing to deliver yachts that combine a high level of customisation with a clear, consistent design vision and a refined approach to life on board.
