On 14th December in Viareggio, Benetti launched BMP007, the latest unit of Motopanfilo 37M, the yacht with a timeless design inspired by the "navette" of the 1960s. The exterior lines of the Motopanfilo 37M are designed by Francesco Struglia in collaboration with the Shipyard, and the interior design is by Lazzarini Pickering Architects.
In terms of exterior design, hull and superstructure on BMP007 are fused into one harmonious element and the feature that makes her unique is the extremely generous beach platform.
The interiors are characterized by curved lines and an extensive use of wood and classic materials and colors, such as white, blue, and malachite. Meeting the owner's specific requests, the Sun Deck bar and all furniture on the Upper and Main Deck are custom made based on a design by Lazzarini Pickering Architects. Finally, Loro Piana fabrics are used throughout the yacht.
An important new adoption on this new unit is the Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) system in line with IMO Tier III exhaust emission regulations. BMP007, a semi-displacement composite yacht, can accommodate ten guests in five cabins, is fitted with two MAN V12 engines that allow her to reach up to 17 knots and meets REG code charter regulation requirements.
