The new partners enter the company’s shareholding structure with 30% of shares, acquired in varying proportions from the existing shareholders, through a company set up for the purpose.

The two components of the new shareholding company are a family of Italian entrepreneurs worldly renowned for their successful and solid approach to business and Holding Carisma whose activity is to support the growth of high-potential Italian companies through a process of aggregation of different realities and the creation of synergies between companies in their portfolio. Their expertise will be instrumental in driving forward Cantiere delle Marche’s mission to build the best explorer yachts in the world while delivering innovation and value to their Clients.
