At Nauticsud, from February 12 to 20, Gozzi Mimì will be showing 12 of its fleet’s boats, from the 5.50-metre Fisherman, the smallest, to the 11-metre Libeccio, a modern gozzo with a top speed of 30 knots, available in Cabin and Walkaround versions.
The Naples boat show for leading builders of boats from 4 to 18 metres was an obvious choice for Gozzi Mimì, a yard with nearly 50 years’ experience behind it, which will be showing 12 models from its fleet of Fisherman and Libeccio range boats.
“Taking part in our city’s most important boat show is an unmissable opportunity, not least because I see this event as a sure sign that business is back to normal in the industry. This is why we decided to take so many of our models, which is something we don’t usually do at other shows but is a good way to highlight the breadth of our offering,” commented the yard’s owner Domenico Senese.
On show in the outdoor area at the Nauticsud exhibition complex will be the Fisherman 19 and the Fisherman 22 Walkaround, both from the line of outboard models designed for families, and 10 boats from the Libeccio range, a contemporary revisiting of classic Sorrento gozzo boats characterised by their modern design (Valerio Rivellini) and high performance.
The 6.5 Centre Consolle, the smallest Libeccio, is a versatile and practical open craft, on display alongside the Libeccio 7 Classic, Libeccio 7.5, Libeccio 8.5 (Sport and Open versions), Libeccio 8.5 Walkaround, Libeccio 9.5 (Walkaround and Cabin versions) and, lastly, the Cabin and Walkaround versions of the Libeccio 11, the former with two galleys and two double cabins, the latter with generous outdoor spaces and an aft garage for tender and toys, and both with a top speed of 30 knots. In response to ever increasing demand for the brand’s longer models, we will shortly be seeing a Cabin version of the flagship Libeccio 13.5. Designed once again by Valerio Rivellini, with a spacious open stern and three cabins, it will enter the water this spring and be given its world premiere at the next Genoa Boat Show.
