Jeanneau, the Sea Loft 480 at the ITB Berlin show

17/02/2026 - 11:00 in Motor boat by Jeanneau

Jeanneau is taking a new step forward by entering the upscale hospitality sector with the Sea Loft 480, an innovative range of floating villas designed to enhance the guest experience at hotels and resorts, particularly in coastal destinations. As the hospitality industry evolves, establishments are seeking to offer new experiences and diversify their revenue streams. Leveraging its nautical expertise, Jeanneau naturally identified this opportunity. “Hospitality—especially in seaside destinations—is undergoing a profound transformation. Properties are looking to enhance the guest experience while developing new revenue drivers beyond traditional accommodations. At Jeanneau, we identified a natural convergence between our nautical expertise and these new expectations in the hospitality sector, which is why we are launching the Sea Loft range,” explains Antoine Chancelier, Sales Director at Jeanneau

A HOSPITALITY TOOL DESIGNED FOR NEW USES AT SEA

Designed as a true hospitality asset, the Sea Loft enables hotels to naturally extend the guest experience onto the water. It offers the opportunity to develop new uses—by the day, for an evening, or for an exclusive overnight stay—while generating additional revenue streams without the operational complexity traditionally associated with yachting. “The goal is to offer a hospitality solution that is easy to operate and value-generating, with maintenance that is far simpler and more accessible than that of a yacht, for example,” adds Antoine Chancelier

OFFICIAL LAUNCH AT ITB BERLIN 2026
At ITB Berlin, taking place March 3–5, 2026, Jeanneau will present the Sea Loft 480, displayed at the entrance of the show. Jeanneau teams will welcome visitors to discover this new approach to floating hospitality, designed to integrate seamlessly into existing hotel operations. “ITB is the leading international trade show for the travel and hospitality industry. It is the ideal venue to introduce Sea Loft as a dedicated solution for hotels and to initiate concrete projects in major tourist destinations,” emphasizes Antoine Chancelier

A FLOATING VILLA OFFERING MULTIPLE EXPERIENCES

The Sea Loft has been designed as a floating villa capable of hosting a wide variety of hospitality experiences, offered à la carte or as curated packages. Sea Loft paves the way for new uses in seaside hospitality and opens up a wide range of experiences, from private moments on the water or wellness at sea to fully privatized day charters and exclusive events. Seamlessly integrated into the hotel’s universe and standards, this new platform becomes a destination in its own right—enhancing the guest experience while creating value.
