Maritimo’s focus and dedication to consistent new model introduction is once again on full display at the 2025 Palm Beach International Boat Show. As a testament to its continuous drive for excellence, leading Australian luxury motor yacht manufacturer, Maritimo, will proudly showcase the new Maritimo M600 Offshore Flybridge Motor Yacht.
Since its inception 22 years ago, Maritimo has redefined long-range cruising with its enclosed flybridge motor yachts, engineered for adventure and built for luxury. The M600 continues this legacy, offering a robust design and long-range capabilities that make it the perfect yacht for those who prioritize exploration, performance and proven reliability.
In addition, due to overwhelming customer interest, Maritimo will also showcase its stunning flagship, the M75, reinforcing its commitment to continuous innovation and excellence, and the extremely popular M55.
Proven Performance, Unrivaled Comfort
Every Maritimo is crafted with a dedication to superior handling and efficiency, and the M600 is no exception. The company philosophy has always been grounded in the driving principle that smart hull design and engineering simplicity are what really matter when you’re cruising offshore. The M600 features straight shafts positioned at an ultra-efficient eight-degree angle coupled to five-blade Nibral Propellers. Standard power is provided by twin Volvo Penta D13-800MHP engines with the option for Volvo Penta D13-1,000MHP. This shaft angle also reduces overall draft to a very versatile 4 feet, 10 inches (1.47m), opening an array of anchorage possibilities within any region. The M600 optimizes performance, throughout the speed curve by optimizing as much as the shaft horsepower as possible. This hallmark of Maritimo’s engineering delivers enhanced fuel economy and steadfast reliability, catering to boaters who demand top-tier performance on the water.
The M600’s 1,200-gallon (4,550L) fuel capacity opens the door to a range of destinations, as the immense standard fuel capacity combined with Maritimo’s economical cruising efficiency will ensure owners can reach those secluded destinations with minimal stops. The fuel system is comprised of three tanks that are designed to lower the vessel’s center of gravity and further increase stability.
Two wing tanks, one along each hull side, complement a 607-gallon (2,300L) main tank located along the M600’s keel line, keeping the main mass of fuel as low as possible in the hull, creating greater stability. Another added benefit from the triple-tank fuel system, is that refueling can take place through a single filler from either side of the vessel.
Beyond its advanced engineering, the M600 is a testament to luxury and refinement. The yacht’s spacious interior accommodations provide a sense of openness and elegance, featuring high-quality materials and impeccable craftsmanship. Expansive living spaces, a fully appointed galley, and generous staterooms create a home-like atmosphere that is both stylish and functional at sea.
The flybridge balcony offers more than 118 square feet (11.0 square meters) of protected outdoor deck space and includes an after station in this area for docking or owners looking to outfit their M600 for offshore angling. The flybridge hardtop design also incorporates a rear awning with the option for inset clears with roll-up/down partitions to conveniently transform the outdoor area into a hybrid indoor/outdoor area in a matter of seconds. With the flybridge bifold doors stacked open the skylounge space creates an incredible total combined area measuring over 247 square feet (23.0 square meters).
The expanse of deck space within the upper cockpit and adventure deck is as equally impressive, with the upper cockpit also capable of transforming into a protected indoor/outdoor zone via concealed clears or a breezeway hidden away within the overhead headliner.
The upper cockpit offers up to three separate lounges including a standard U-shaped dining lounge area aft to seat six guests comfortabl, and is central to galley, side decks, and adventure deck. Deep walkthrough side decks lay the pathway to the forward deck where those on board are secured by generous-height bulwarks and bowrail through to the forward anchor well.
Located a single step abaft the upper cockpit, the rear entertainment module is set on the adventure deck, externally placed from the clear enclosure. It includes a complete alfresco galley, with sink, BBQ grill, and large top-loading refrigeration.
The three-stateroom, two-head layout is designed to maximize every inch of the internal hull volume provided by the 5.2m (17.2’) beam. Forward there is an offset queen stateroom with adjoining en suite. The offset berth arrangement provides greater practicality for guests to walk around all sides of the berth without navigating steps, which greatly simplifies any bed-making duties. A generous twin single stateroom awaits guests to starboard, with the option for the inner bed to slide outboard to create a double bed for couples.
A full beam king master stateroom is located midships, where the M600’s hull’s volume is really experienced. Panoramic hull windows veiling each hull side provide more vistas and enable owners to feel connected with the environment.
“We’re really excited to showcase the M600 to our North American customers,” says Keith Teynor, Maritimo’s Managing Partner for the Americas. “It really showcases what makes every Maritimo so special from the accommodations, fit and finish, volume, and seakeeping ability.”
Adventure at Every Turn
A defining feature of the M600 is its aft deck and cockpit area, a versatile space that enhances the onboard experience and allows owners to fully embrace life on the water. Whether used for entertaining, watersports, or as a launchpad for exploration, the area seamlessly integrates with Maritimo’s ethos of long-range cruising and on-the-water enjoyment. Designed with input from experienced boaters, the deck provides the ultimate platform for making memories with family and friends.
Maritimo’s deep understanding of its customers has driven the success of its model range, with Australian boaters sharing a passion for adventure that resonates strongly with U.S. boaters. Time spent on and in the water with loved ones is at the core of both yachting cultures, and the M600 is designed to enhance those experiences with comfort, style, and reliability.
M75 Encore Performance
The buzz and excitement generated around the North American debut of the M75 at the 2024 Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show is still reverbating, and for good reason. The M75 Flybridge is testament to Maritimo’s heritage, to the company’s collective efforts, to the belief and loyalty of Maritimo owners, and a commitment to innovation and evolution at every step in its history.
“The size and volume of the M75 obviously impressed everyone who was on board,” says Teynor. “However it’s the thought and fit and finish that really set the M75 apart from the market. We welcome more people to come to Palm Beach to see why there is such an excitement around this model.”
