Federico Michetti has been appointed Southern Europe Commercial Director and Sport Activities Strategic Advisor at Nautor Swan.
A multiple world champion and a deep expert in both the Rating and One Design sailing worlds, as a professional sailor and an entrepreneur in regatta organization, Michetti is also one of the original minds behind ClubSwan, a unique pillar of the Finnish brand, which recently became part of the Sanlorenzo Group. ClubSwan is much more than a racing circuit: it is a vibrant community of Swan owners brought together by the joy of sharing high-level sporting and lifestyle experiences.

Thanks to his extensive experience and deep-rooted relationships across the sailing world, Michetti now joins Nautor Swan’s strong international commercial team, taking on responsibility for the strategic development of the Southern Europe area. At the same time, his appointment as Sport Activities Strategic Advisor, working alongside Managing Director Luisa Bambozzi, reinforces the company’s commitment to expanding the ClubSwan community, while also re-engaging with the broader Rating and Heritage world, a fundamental part of the brand’s DNA.
