From September 19 to 24, 2024, Sacs Tecnorib will be at the forefront of the Genoa Boat Show, showcasing several models representing all the company’s brands. The spotlight will be on the new Strider 13, the flagship model of a new generation of maxi-RIBs, marking the evolution of one of the brand’s bestsellers.
Sacs Tecnorib will be a key player at the Genoa Show, engaging with the Italian audience, which represents a significant market for the Italian company and is central to its medium- to long-term vision. Among the models that will receive the most attention is the new Strider 13. This entirely reimagined maxi RIB, designed by the shipyard in collaboration with Christian Grande, stands out for its new hull, designed to offer a better balance between seaworthiness, comfort during navigation, and sportiness, along with optimized below-deck spaces to ensure unprecedented comfort and functionality.
Its sporty vocation is expressed through a design inspired by the automotive world and a unique profile. The front part of the deckhouse is tapered, and a meticulous light design effect creates eyes with the backlit “strider” inscription on the front mask, similar to the best sports cars. The layout offers surprising and innovative spaces in relation to the boat’s 13-meter length, providing two double cabins for a total of four berths and one bathroom with a separate shower. The versatility of the interiors allows for the conversion of the below-deck area into a dinette by changing the position of the cushions, without compromising on the guarantee of a comfortable and practical navigation experience.
Each owner can configure the colors of the furnishings and materials in a minimalist and welcoming style. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of materials and finishes, with fine leathers and handmade stitching.
STRIDER 13 versatility makes it perfect for various uses, from a luxury RIB for medium-range cruises to a chase boat for maxi and giga yachts. The propulsion of the inboard version on display is provided by two 400hp Volvo Penta engines (the maximum installable power is 880hp), allowing for a practical and spacious aft platform to facilitate access to the sea or the dock. The outboard version offers a configuration with two or three Mercury engines for a maximum power of 1200 hp.
