In a landmark collaboration, the Yacht Club de Monaco (YCM) and the International Electric Marine Association (IEMA) are promoting the latest in electric marine propulsion technological innovation at this landmark marine race event in Monaco's historic harbor. The event will feature competing teams from some of the world's top universities.
The partnership between YCM and IEMA will help facilitate the shared goal of accelerating sustainable technologies in the marine mobility sector. By leveraging their combined expertise and networks, the YCM and IEMA aim to drive awareness and focus attention on electric marine technologies, highlighting, in particular, the cutting-edge work carried out in university innovation labs and technology departments.

The Monaco Energy Boat Challenge is an annual event showcasing the latest marine technology and sustainability advancements, organized by the Yacht Club de Monaco, in collaboration with the IEAMA. As part of the ‘’Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting’’ initiative, this event, scheduled from 1st to 6th July, aims to raise awareness of sustainability in the maritime industry and encourage the widespread adoption of eco-friendly practices on the world's oceans.
