Biffignandi Group presents its innovations at the METSTRADE 2017

The corporate group, Biffignandi Group, is present at the METSTRADE 2017 with different companies, in the marine segment, HPM Engineering, Vetrocare and Biffignandi Spa which are committed together in international growth and development projects with the same goal: equipment and system for surface and environmental treatments.

HPM Engineering

HPM Engineering, since 2005, develops innovative and patented solutions for health protection and the increase of workers productivity in the professional fields of marine, transport and industry. Due to over twenty years of experience of our research and development team, we offer unique technical solutions on national and international level, many of which also patented, the company responds in a totally new way to all the problems related to air purification from dust and fumes emitted in the shipbuilding sector.

In particular, at METSTRADE 2017, we are showing SPACE, an innovative and patented, compact / extensible suction and filtration system dedicated to machining requiring a concentrated and effective aspiration. The basic concept of the system is that the structure can be closed to retrieve the work space or to move the cabin to another place. Another very interesting product for METSTRADE 2017 visitors is the SAMSINT purification system, designed to purify the pollutants emitted during painting and / or sanding of large surfaces and difficult to reach parts using the classic aspiration systems.

Vetrocare

Established in 2007, Vetrocare srl, thanks to its innovative technologies and ongoing investments in research, offers professional solutions for the mantainance and care of the glass and windows for yacht. We help the client to improve the glass performance/quality and the value of property. We offer a full service, regarding the condition of the glass surfaces even on building site, and consequently processes able to solve most of the noticed problems. During the exhibition all visitors could attend free technical demos about the glass restoration.

Biffignandi spa

Biffignandi spa is an historic Italian company leader in the market of coated abrasives, mainly direct imported from its Swiss Partner sia Abrasives since 1923. High-performance abrasives, tools and polishing products for processing, treatment and maintenance of primers, primer fillers, glass fibre reinforced plastics, gelcoat, top coat, antifouling and lacquers. Products, tools and accessories designed to ensure a perfect finish in all specific sanding applications from coarse sanding to micro-finishing. 

At the METSTRADE 2017 we offer the new "Best Practise“ for large areas surface sanding: the unique patented system that combines the first manual longboard, in different sizes, with an optimized pre-forated paper or net abrasives for the best efficiency.
