Jeremy Peek as the new member of the SWS Sales Team

Southern Wind is pleased to welcome Jeremy Peek as the new member of the SWS Sales Team

Born in 1975 in the USA, Jeremy holds a Bachelor in Maritime Studies at Southampton Solent Institute, a specialized degree focusing on Yacht Manufacture/Surveying and International Maritime Law.

With a solid background as captain and professional sailor, he managed his own company specializing in a nautical consultancy services before starting his long-standing experience as a Sales Manager in the International superyacht industry.

Jeremy enjoys a very good reputation as a reliable, dynamic and trustworthy sales and charter broker.

At SWS he will hold responsibilities in the sale of new yachts as well as in the brokerage and charter activities.

His commercial, technical and human skills will bring a significant contribution to the growth of the SWS Sales Team managed by Andrea Micheli, SWS Commercial Director, and Elena Canepa.

Jeremy Peek commented on his new role with SWS: “After seeing the new Southern Wind 96’ ‘Sorceress’ sailing in Porto Cervo last year, I was blown away by the impressive looks of this new performance cruiser.  A closer look at the Monaco Yacht Show was even more inspiring and confirmed that the attention to detail and quality of finishing were of the very highest calibre.  I am pleased to be joining this dynamic organization and looking forward to getting started.”

Andrea Micheli, added his thoughts: “I met Jeremy several years ago racing on a 90’ footer. I appreciated his way of conferring with his client and owner and how effective he was in trouble shooting a problem in the bilges or trimming sails. Since then, our courses regularly crossed both at sea during regattas and ashore during yachts shows and events.
