MRH Trowe and Bavaria AG join forces

MRH Trowe and Bavaria AG have joined forces to create a comprehensive range of insurance solutions for exclusive movables and valuables. Bavaria AG is one of the leading insurance brokers for yachts, private aircraft, classic cars and vacation properties. MRH Trowe contributes expertise in the field of fine art and valuables insurance. Together, this provides a complete offering for the target group of entrepreneurs and wealthy private clients.

The cooperation creates additional growth potential for Bavaria in the exclusive yacht and aircraft insurance segment. At the same time, MRH Trowe is expanding its range of special insurance solutions with which the commercial and industrial broker offers its customers comprehensive expertise and service in various sectors and risk segments.

The experts at Bavaria offer their customers individual, exclusive conditions. The majority of risk cover is provided by German insurers, while the insured properties are primarily located in international European vacation destinations. Bavaria also offers specific solutions for private aircraft, vacation homes and classic cars.

MRH Trowe acquires a majority stake in BAVARIA AG with effect from January 1, 2024. The owner and CEO Sandra Ahrabian will continue to manage the strategic development of BAVARIA AG as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board together with Markus Wolf as CEO. The parties have agreed to not disclose the price of the transaction.
