Prizegiving ceremony closed the Female Offshore Med Championship

The prize-giving ceremony officially closed the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Female Offshore Mediterranean Championship, an event organized by Sailing Series International that involved the female fleet of Beneteau Figaro 3 along the route from Genoa to La Maddalena.

The Mexedia Sailing Project crew, made up of World Double Mixed Offshore Champion Claudia Rossi and European Mixed Offshore Champion Cecilia Zorzi, was awarded a prize by Gian Vincenzo Belli, Councillor for Tourism and Culture of the Municipality of La Maddalena.

Satisfaction also for the binomials Knuppel-Cantero, who finished second, and Svedjefalt-Ledgard, who completed the podium.


After the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Female Offshore Mediterranean Championship, Sailing Series International now looks forward to the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Double Mixed Offshore European Championship, scheduled in La Maddalena between 10 and 15 May 2022.
