A groundbreaking project born from lively but constructive internal debate, the Arcadia A80New is the first Raised Pilot House (RPH) motoryacht in the brand's history. This wide-body yacht marks a new era for Arcadia Yachts, without compromising the distinctive DNA that has made it an icon in luxury yachting.

During a press conference for the Italian yachting media, Arcadia Yachts’ president Ugo Pellegrino and marketing director Francesco Ansalone unveiled the Arcadia A80New. With its RPH layout and wide-body configuration, this yacht reimagines the balance between luxury, space, and sustainability.

Offering 131 Gross Tonnage and over 250 square meters of livable surface across three decks, the A80 New sets a new standard for onboard liveability in the sub-24-meter category. Its stylistic identity remains unmistakable: eco-conscious design, seamless connection with the sea, and a hospitality vision that blends privacy, ergonomics, and social spaces.

With the Arcadia A80New, the shipyard breaks an internal taboo. Years of internal discussions culminated in a bold decision—to create an RPH that remains truly “Arcadia”. The result is a yacht that preserves the brand's aesthetic and functional essence while setting a new benchmark for comfort, sustainability, and spatial innovation.

The yacht’s silhouette is immediately recognizable: clean lines, extensive glazing, and a harmony between architecture and nature. The RPH design offers crucial operational benefits, including clear separation between crew and guest areas, enhanced privacy, and improved helm visibility from the elevated wheelhouse.

As is tradition with Arcadia, the aft section of the main deck acts as a shaded patio connected to a flexible beach area. Fold-down bulwarks expand the usable space, while the grand staircase ensures safe, easy access to the sea—ideal even for young or elderly guests. It’s Arcadia’s signature “functional luxury”.

The yacht’s interior is custom-designed by Arcadia’s in-house team, following a bespoke and conceptual approach in line with the A96 and Sherpa 80. The main saloon, flooded with natural light through full-height windows, is visually expanded with reflective surfaces and mirrors. Natural airflow carries in the scent and sound of the sea, enhancing the onboard experience.

The full-beam owner’s suite is located forward on the main deck, a peaceful retreat characterized by soft tones, gentle textures, and organic shapes. Special care was given to storage, with dual wardrobes, hidden compartments, and a layout that supports long-term living aboard.

Below deck, the layout includes four guest cabins—two VIP and two twins—each with en-suite bathrooms and generous showers, in line with the residential standards expected of yachts in this class. The use of eco-friendly materials ensures comfort and sustainability.

Crew accommodation is also thoughtfully designed. Two forward cabins for four crew members, private facilities, and a cozy dinette enhance daily operations. A direct stairway to the galley isolates service flows, protecting onboard privacy.

This design reflects one of Arcadia’s guiding principles: “happy crew, happy owner.” Ensuring crew well-being directly enhances service quality and guest satisfaction.

Propulsion comes from proven Volvo Penta IPS systems, available in 1200 or 1350 configurations—choices consistent with previous Arcadia models like the Sherpa 60. These systems offer excellent maneuverability, shallow draft, and optimized central volume usage, relocating noise and vibration sources aft.

Top speed is expected at 21 knots, with comfortable cruising at 16–17 knots. Range exceeds 500 nm at 15 knots and 850 nm at 10 knots, making the A80 New suitable for long-range cruising.

Thanks to CMC Marine, the yacht also features an advanced fin stabilization system—essential for modern comfort under way and at anchor, especially in sub-24-meter vessels.

Staying true to its eco-mission, Arcadia has doubled the efficiency of its solar panels since 2010. The A80 New’s photovoltaic modules generate up to 4.5 kW, reducing thermal generation needs and improving energy autonomy.

Fuel consumption is claimed to be 15–25% lower than comparable yachts at Arcadia’s typical cruising speeds (12–15 knots)—a key benefit in today’s sustainability-focused market.

With unmatched habitability, a superyacht-style upper deck, five guest cabins, dedicated crew quarters, and efficient propulsion, the Arcadia A80New stands alone in the 23.98-meter segment—offered at a starting price of €6.2 million.
