D-Marin has taken another step in its Mediterranean expansion strategy by announcing its first acquisition of 2026, with the addition of Olbia Marina to its portfolio. The transaction involves two complementary assets located in the port of Olbia: Marina di Olbia Yacht Service (MOYS) and Molo Brin.

Together, the two facilities offer 270 berths for yachts up to 150 metres in length, reinforcing the group’s presence in one of the Mediterranean’s most strategic yachting destinations, also thanks to its proximity to Olbia International Airport and the city centre.

According to the company, the new hub will also benefit from a network of more than 50 service partners, further strengthening the offering dedicated to owners, captains and professional operators.

With this acquisition, D-Marin further expands its footprint in Italy, where the group is already active through the marinas of Punta Faro, Porto Mirabello, Aregai and San Lorenzo, in addition to partnerships established in Livorno and Varazze.

The integration of Olbia Marina is viewed by the group as a strategic element in the creation of a “Golden Triangle” connecting the French Riviera, mainland Italy and Sardinia through a coordinated network of yachting destinations. The stated objective is to provide continuity of services and operational standards along some of the busiest routes in the western Mediterranean.

From a geographical perspective, Olbia’s location also provides direct access to internationally renowned yachting destinations such as Costa Smeralda and the La Maddalena archipelago, further strengthening Sardinia’s role in the high-end nautical tourism sector.

D-Marin highlighted that the acquisition represents a significant milestone in its growth path, focusing on the integration between digital ecosystem, operational management and marina services development.
