In a market still marked by uncertainty and by longer decision-making times on the part of buyers, the French group is focusing on the levers it can control directly: product, services and customer experience. The strategy follows three main lines: reducing the environmental impact of boating, greater accessibility and a gradual extension of the offer towards the premium segments.

"Faced with an uncertain market, we did not choose to wait. We are continuing to invest, to accelerate and to act on the levers we can control. Our strategy is clear: to offer the right products and services, from accessible boating through to premium," said Bruno Thivoyon, Chairman of the Management Board of Groupe Beneteau.

66 new models in three years
With 66 launches scheduled between 2025 and 2027, Groupe Beneteau has increased the renewal rate of its ranges by 50% compared with the previous three-year period. In 2025 the group introduced 23 new models, to which the 24 planned for the 2026-2027 season are now added.

The first results appear to confirm the choice: the models launched in 2025 generated almost 30% of the group's sales in the first half of 2026, a period in which retail sales grew by 14% compared with the first six months of 2025.

This development pace is also supported by the new product organisation, built around a cross-brand Design Center that brings together product management, naval architecture and design skills. The structure is intended to allow a large number of projects to be developed at the same time.

From sailing yachts to multihulls and motor yachting
The 24 new models cover essentially all the segments in which the group's brands operate.

In monohull sailing, Beneteau and Jeanneau are continuing to renew their respective ranges with the First 36 Spirit, Oceanis 42, Sun Odyssey 385 and First 60, models that span accessible performance sailing, the core of the cruising market and the premium segment.

Among the multihulls, the new Lagoon 47 renews one of the central bands of the range, while the Excess 16 becomes the brand's new flagship. In high-end power catamarans, the group is introducing the Lagoon Eighty3.

With the Sea Loft 480, Jeanneau is also bringing into production the concept presented last year, developed with charter, nautical tourism and hospitality-related activities particularly in mind.

There are numerous new arrivals in dayboating as well. The Jeanneau Cap Camarat 6.0 CC is intended as an entry point to the range with a competitive positioning, while the Beneteau Flyer 30 accompanies the brand's expansion into new segments, with particular attention to the North American market.

Jeanneau is also opening a new range with the EX 34, offered in Hardtop and Cabin versions, while Wellcraft is broadening its offer with the new 33 T-Top and 33 Explorer.

In motor yachting, Beneteau is continuing to renew its ranges with the Gran Turismo 40 Open, Gran Turismo 45 Open and Gran Turismo 45, joined by the new Swift Trawler 43 and Swift Trawler 49. The Gran Turismo 50, presented in Cannes, also marks a new chapter in the collaboration begun with Alpine.

Prestige, for its part, is carrying forward the largest launch programme ever undertaken by the brand, with five new models. The offer extends from the C43, the new entry point to the Prestige world, through to the new F6.7 flagship, while in multihulls the M6 and M8 models continue to evolve.

Services and connected boats
Alongside the product, Groupe Beneteau is continuing to develop an ecosystem of services designed to support owners through the various stages of boat use.

Wiziboat offers a subscription-based usage formula available at 34 bases, while other services are dedicated to customisation, use and boat management. The Seanapps platform currently connects more than 15,000 units, making it possible to monitor their use, simplify maintenance and improve owner support.

The same approach is now being extended in a more structured way to the pre-owned market through NEO, the refit programme for pre-owned boats developed directly by the group.

NEO expands from two to eight models
After an initial phase dedicated to two Lagoon models, Groupe Beneteau is stepping up the development of NEO, which goes from two to eight models involving three of the group's main brands: Lagoon, Beneteau and Jeanneau.

The project forms part of Groupe Beneteau's environmental strategy, based on four areas of action: naval architecture, energy management, materials and the extension of boats' service life through refit. The stated objective is to reduce Scope 3 CO₂ emissions by 30% by 2030 compared with 2022 levels.

NEO aims at the same time to contribute to the circular economy and to make buying a boat more accessible, placing on the market pre-owned units reconditioned, updated and modernised directly by the builder.

The potential market is significant: for every new boat sold, between three and five used boats change hands. Groupe Beneteau therefore intends to take a more direct role in this stage of the product's life as well, while broadening its range of services for boats already in circulation.

The group can draw on first-hand knowledge of the boats it has designed and built, on the availability of the original technical data for each unit and on three specialised sites in the Mediterranean with direct access to the sea, as well as on its own industrial expertise for refit work and the integration of more recent technologies.

"With NEO we are acting at the same time to extend the life of our boats and to make them more accessible. The pre-owned market represents an important part of the customer journey and we have numerous tools with which to offer greater value," explained Bruno Thivoyon.

56 boats on display in Cannes
In total, Groupe Beneteau is exhibiting 56 models at the Cannes Yachting Festival, including 18 new arrivals for the 2026-2027 season and 11 world premieres, giving concrete form to the renewal programme the group intends to pursue through to the end of 2027.
