Benetti has sold B.Neos The Soul of Silence, a displacement superyacht measuring 40.6 metres with a gross tonnage of 296. Delivery is scheduled for spring 2028. The shipyard announced the sale from Livorno on 11 September 2026.

Royal Yacht International represented the buyer in the transaction, through CEO Manuele Thiella.

Exterior architecture is by Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design and the interiors are by Francesca Muzio of FM Architettura. The design follows what the shipyard calls "evolved simplicity", with continuous spaces, a close relationship with the sea and low noise levels under way.

Propulsion is a MAN Smart Hybrid system with MAN V8-800 engines. The yacht can cruise and lie at anchor in Zero-Emission electric mode, which the shipyard says cuts fuel use and emissions by up to 30 per cent while eliminating noise, exhaust fumes and vibration.

On the main deck the rooms run from aft to bow without structural barriers. On the upper deck the panoramic owner's suite includes a private study and its own lobby, and opens onto a forward terrace. The yacht stays below 300 gross tons.
