SailGP, the world’s most exciting racing on water, announced today that internationally-acclaimed dance music duo Loud Luxury will perform at the upcoming Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix. Unfolding over two action-packed days on New York Harbor (June 22-23), the event kicks off the first official weekend of summer in New York City, with an exciting blend of high-octane fleet racing and world-class entertainment.

Loud Luxury will take to the stage after the first day of racing on Saturday, June 22, performing live from the waterfront at the SailGP Race Stadium on Governors Island. The Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix is the penultimate stop on the global championship’s record 13-event calendar.

Guests can look forward to an electrifying performance by the Los Angeles-based artists who have taken the world by storm with their chart-topping hits. Comprised of college friends Andrew Fedyk and Joe Depace, Loud Luxury rose to fame with the smash hit “Body”. The duo has continued to captivate audiences globally with tracks like “Love No More” and “I’m Not Alright” (with Bryce Vine), accumulating more than 1.5 billion streams across all platforms. Having earned a Las Vegas residency and spots at major music festivals worldwide, Loud Luxury’s special waterfront appearance will cement SailGP as a must-attend event for sports fans and music lovers alike.

SailGP CEO Sir Russell Coutts said: “We are delighted to bring Loud Luxury to the Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix. Their high-energy performance will be the perfect culmination to the first day of racing on New York Harbor - an exciting fusion of sport and spectacle to kick off an unforgettable race weekend.”

The Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix will mark SailGP’s long-awaited return to the city - the first time the league has raced in the Big Apple since its inaugural season in 2019. Earlier this month, SailGP confirmed its return to New York City in 2025 as part of its much-anticipated Season 5 calendar.
