The foundation stone has been laid for Cantiere Rossini’s new building in the port of Pesaro: 38 metres long, representing an investment of approximately €2 million, with 65% of the structure to be built in timber. Technical areas, a gym and a lounge will serve shipyard personnel and the crews of yachts undergoing refit, with completion scheduled for 1 October 2027
