Feadship has recently launched the superyacht Project 824, a majestic 100-metre vessel that marks a new milestone in custom yacht building. The launch took place on 9 May 2025 at the Royal Van Lent shipyard in Kaag, the Netherlands, representing a significant moment for the renowned Dutch builder.

Project 824 stands out for its impressive 100-metre length, 13.6-metre beam and 4.1-metre draft. The structure features a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, designed for a perfect balance of strength and lightness. Propulsion is provided by a diesel-electric system with ABB azimuthing pods, chosen for their reduced vibration, energy efficiency and quiet, smooth cruising.

The exterior design, by Finnish designer Jarkko Jämsén, features clean, contemporary lines with a strong focus on both aesthetics and functionality. Notable design elements include a vertical bow and a monumental stern staircase connecting the main deck – complete with a swimming pool – to the beach platform. The expansive outdoor spaces include al fresco dining areas on each deck and a beach club that opens directly to the sea.

The interiors, entrusted to the Paris-based studio Liaigre, remain confidential for now, but are expected to reflect the elegance and refinement typical of Feadship’s creations. Speculations point to a spacious owner's suite, guest cabins, a gym, a spa and generous lounge areas, all designed to ensure maximum comfort on board.

Project 824 is the second largest yacht ever built at the Kaag facility, surpassed only by the 101.5-metre Symphony launched in 2015. This new milestone underscores Feadship’s continued commitment to innovation and bespoke yacht construction, blending cutting-edge technology with timeless design.

The yacht is currently undergoing final outfitting and is expected to be delivered to her owner by the end of the year. With this launch, Feadship reaffirms its position as a leader in the superyacht industry, crafting vessels that embody the pinnacle of luxury, innovation and craftsmanship.
