A sponsor since 2018 of the Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe organized by OC Sport Pen Duick, Highfield announces the renewal of its partnership with the subsidiary company of the Télégramme Group by also extending it to two new events. From 2025, the La Transat Paprec and Tour de Belle-Île teams will benefit from the support of Highfield to ensure safety on the water. In 2026, the organization of La Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe will be able to count on a fleet of 64 units for management of the event on the water.

Each major race start highlights the sailors, who are crossing the Atlantic capturing the fervor and imagination of the public. Perfect logistics are required to ensure good progress of the race and as a true conductor, the Race Director must be able to count on reliable resources. Since 2018, OC Sport Pen Duick has benefited from a solid support and trusted partner thanks to Highfield’s long-term commitment. By today renewing its support for La Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe for a third consecutive edition (2018, 2022, 2026) but also choosing to support La Transat Paprec and Le Tour de Belle-Île in 2025, the company confirms its status as guardian angel of the skippers and organizers at each key moment of the event.

During the start from Saint-Malo, but also during their arrival two weeks before the opening of festivities of the village, the competitors of the Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe will be welcomed and accompanied by a fleet of 64 semi-rigid boats ensuring their safety. An extraordinary system made possible by the strong presence of a loyal partner, an essential player in the race, Highfield.

We are delighted to renew this partnership for the 2026 edition and to commit to two other emblematic offshore racing events: the Transat Paprec and the Tour de Belle-île.  We share with the sailors participating in these prestigious races the same passion for adventure, and the same taste for surpassing oneself. This commitment aligns perfectly with our brand values.”

Ronan Chabot - President Highfield France says:

“As Highfield France prepares to deliver, as official supporter of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, its 91 semi-rigid boats for the support of the opening ceremony and the sailing events, we are proud to renew our engagement with OC Sport Pen Duick as part of the next Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe. Thanks to our semi-rigid boats, we are the guardian angels of sailors during the biggest offshore races. We are pleased to continue providing reliable resources and playing a key role in the success of these prestigious competitions.”

Joseph Bizard, General Director of OC Sport says:

“We look forward to renewing this partnership with Highfield for the next two years. This support on La Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe, La Transat Paprec and the Tour du Belle-Île confirms this faithful and lasting relationship that we initiated in 2018. The presence of the Highfield fleet on our events is essential, for sailors like for our teams.”

Francis Le Goff, Race Director of La Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe says:

“The start of a transatlantic race involving more than 100 boats is a very special exercise which requires to be able to rely on a logistics partner. The Highfield teams know this exercise as well as we do and it is obviously a real plus to know that our collaboration will continue for the next edition with the provision of a fleet of 64 semi-rigids. We have confidence with them!”
