Isa Gran Turismo 68m, new unit sold
ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, announces the sale of a new 68-metre ISA GT to an American owner.
Scheduled for delivery in 2028, this new model is based on the platform that gave rise to one of the most recognisable icons on the international yachting scene: M/Y Okto. It is the fourth unit to interpret a concept that perfectly combines timeless lines, full customisation and a strong, distinctive identity, shaped around each owner’s vision.
“We extend our sincere thanks to the Owner for the trust placed in Palumbo Superyachts. This new agreement represents a meaningful recognition of the path our shipyard has taken and of the value expressed by the projects delivered to date. It further strengthens our vision and encourages us to continue investing decisively in research, technological innovation and the continuous development of our production processes, with the aim of delivering bespoke solutions and ever-higher quality standards,” comments Giuseppe Palumbo, Sole Director of Palumbo Superyachts.
Designed by Vallicelli for the exterior lines and by Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi for the interiors, this new jewel of the sea is an emblem of sportiness and elegance, expressing ISA’s stylistic language in a contemporary and instantly recognisable way.
With a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the 68-metre ISA GT features a dynamic and powerful silhouette, characterised by iconic brand elements such as the arches connecting the three decks and the circular dining area on the main deck—one of the most distinctive signatures of the range.
The design has been conceived to enhance the connection with the ocean: opening platforms at beach club level expand the liveable space, creating an extensive area dedicated to wellness and socialising, complete with a gym, lounge area and spa.
Aft, the striking swimming pool takes centre stage, flanked by a highly impactful lounge area designed to deliver an outdoor experience of the highest level, combining visual appeal with functionality.
The layout accommodates up to 14 guests and includes three cabins on the main deck: two guest cabins with double beds and the forward-positioned owner’s suite, designed to take full advantage of the yacht’s maximum beam while ensuring exceptional comfort and privacy. The owner’s suite features a spacious dressing area, a generous bathroom with double sinks and shower, and a private lounge area with desk, creating an elegant and secluded retreat.
Four additional double cabins are located on the lower deck—three with double beds and one with twin beds—all with en-suite bathrooms.
The crew is composed of 14 members accommodated in eight cabins.
Powered by two MTU 12V4000M65L engines, each delivering 1,771 kW, the 68-metre ISA GT reaches a top speed of 17.5 knots and cruises comfortably at 14 knots. Range is approximately 5,000 nautical miles at cruising speed, underscoring her true ocean-going capability for owners seeking long-range exploration.
With this latest sale, ISA Yachts now has 15 yachts currently under construction, confirming the brand’s solidity and steady growth in the superyacht segment, driven by a vision that combines engineering excellence, iconic design and a fully bespoke approach.
