Saxdor Yachts returns to FLIBS with the US Premiere of Flagship 400 GTC
Saxdor Yachts is set for an impactful presence at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2024 with the US premiere of its flagship 400 GTC. In addition to introducing this innovative model to the US market, Saxdor will also highlight several key initiatives designed to improve customer experience and expand the brand’s presence in North America.
The Saxdor 400 GTC, the flagship model in the Saxdor fleet, will make its U.S. debut at FLIBS. Known for its sleek design, spacious interiors, and advanced technology, the 400 GTC is a versatile vessel that caters to both leisure cruising and aquatic adventures. The full-beam wheelhouse and expandable deck spaces set the 400 GTC apart in the 40-foot segment, adding to the excitement around the Saxdor brand’s westward surge.
FLIBS comes at a time when Saxdor is expanding its considerable U.S. footprint and consolidating all aspects of its business, for which there is strong and sustained demand. The company currently delivers hundreds of units to North America annually, with the number of owners growing and loyalty among them increasing. In keeping with this, Saxdor CEO Erna Rusi announces three important initiatives, beginning, “Saxdor is moving to scale up and enter new markets, while developing our network and our infrastructure to ensure a lasting and formidable position. Among the most important moves, we have taken on Keith Miller to spearhead our efforts in the U.S. as Vice President of North American Sales. At the same time, we are releasing the MySaxdor app for download at FLIBS, a key innovation that allows owners to remotely monitor and manage their boats. And for the practical aspect of customer experience, we’re now establishing a new spare parts facility in Florida.”
Based in Florida, Saxdor’s new Vice President of North American Sales, Keith Miller, brings a wealth of experience in the marine industry, including from his previous role at Sea Ray and his deep relationship with MarineMax. His extensive expertise and passion for boating make him the ideal leader to support Saxdor’s growth in North America. “My role is to ensure that our U.S. clients feel supported and connected to the brand. Whether it’s through personalized service, the MySaxdor app, or fast access to spare parts, we’re focused on delivering a superior experience,” Miller noted.
From tracking battery levels and fuel consumption to controlling onboard systems like lighting and appliances, the MySaxdor app is designed to provide a seamless, intuitive ownership experience. With real-time notifications and the ability to remotely check on the boat’s location and condition, the app brings smart connectivity to boating with all the features owners have come to expect from their technology. The app is part of Saxdor’s wider efforts to bring a software update to boat ownership and enhance the overall boating experience for its customers.
As part of its commitment to improving after-sales support, Saxdor will open a spare parts storage facility in Florida. This new hub will significantly reduce response times for U.S. customers in need of replacement parts or maintenance, ensuring that Saxdor owners have quick and easy access to essential components.
“The new spare parts hub just one of the many steps we are taking to enhance the support we provide to our U.S. customers,” Miller added. “Americans have high expectations for service, and we are making all the investments necessary to succeed by all metrics.”
Following the success of the partnership at the Monaco Yacht Show, Saxdor will also continue its collaboration with Fraser Yachts, providing tender services at FLIBS using its 320 GTO and 400 GTO models. These high-performance boats will be used to transport Fraser’s clients between the boat show and an exclusive waterfront mansion where Fraser’s VIP guests will be hosted. This partnership highlights Saxdor’s versatility in catering to the luxury yacht market, positioning its models as ideal tenders for larger yachts while demonstrating their capabilities to a discerning audience.
Saxdor Yachts’ return to FLIBS 2024 represents a key development for the brand’s growth in the U.S. market, especially with the collaboration with new local and international allies. With the U.S. debut of the 400 GTC, the launch of the MySaxdor app, a new spare parts hub in Florida, and the extension of the collaboration with Fraser Yachts, Saxdor continues to grow and succeed with a focus on North America.
