Fabrizio Iarrera appointed Chief Operating Officer at Silent Yachts

Silent-Yachts hired a senior executive that is going to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions and will help further strengthen the shipyard’s position among the leaders in the sustainable yachting market. Fabrizio Iarrera has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the company that produces innovative 18-36m solar electric catamarans in Italy and Turkey.

“I’m happy to welcome Fabrizio in our strong and capable team,” said Michael Köhler, Founder and CEO of Silent-Yachts. “For sure this move will help us become even more efficient in production and make sure all orders are flawlessly executed and delivered on time and on budget. Fabrizio is an accomplished and success-oriented executive with extensive experience in business operations and development and project management.”

Fabrizio Iarrera has almost 20 years of experience as CEO and General Manager in the yachting industry with Atlantis, part of Azimut-Benetti, and Monte Carlo Yachts, part of Groupe Beneteau. At SILENT-YACHTS, he will be responsible for the production, shipyards workflow and operations management.

Silent-Yachts has 28 solar electric catamarans under construction in two production sites, including the flagship SILENT 120 Explorer, with the order book filled until 2024.
