Design as a core value
Throughout the company’s history, design has been a driving force in the conception of its boats. More than a stylistic choice, it is a strategic and identity-defining element, blending form and function, innovation and emotion.
This philosophy inspired the creation of Mar Garrente, a sculptural masterpiece celebrating the perfect synthesis of tradition and avant-garde. Created by Christian Grande in collaboration with the artisans of Henraux, this sculpture in Bianco Altissimo marble draws from Futurism, a movement that highlights modernity, speed, and dynamism in contemporary life.
A forward-looking style exercise
“We sought a design work that would recount our story while looking ahead,” says Nicola Antonelli, Chief Marketing Officer of Sacs Tecnorib. “The choice of marble, a timeless material, symbolises enduring value, while its carved lines evoke the power of wind and sea, mirroring the essence of our boats.”
For Christian Grande, the challenge was to “capture the distinctive stylistic codes of the brand and translate them into an iconic symbol.” The result is not self-celebratory, but a forward-looking design statement: a concept inspired by a high-performance Sport Coupé boat, conveying speed, energy, and dependability.
Mar Garrente represents a bridge between the past and future of nautical design. Its dynamic surfaces and etched patterns simulate the motion of water and wind, conveying the idea of movement in a traditionally static material. This tension between solidity and dynamism mirrors Sacs Tecnorib’s boats, as the perfect balance of performance and style.
With this project, Sacs Tecnorib reaffirms its commitment to stylistic research and innovation, while hinting at the future of nautical design. The visual language of Mar Garrente will influence upcoming models, both marking a new chapter for the brand and offering a glimpse of what lies ahead.
