Van der Valk: the heat is on in Cannes Yachting Festival

The heat is on in Cannes and we can literally and metaphorically offer you a warm welcome to the show if you are able to join us between now and Sunday. It feels very safe here with the Covid measures in place at the entrance and the atmosphere is very relaxed inside the marina area where the Yachting Festival is being held.

As the fourth day gets underway of this increasingly popular event, the Van der Valk team are being kept on their feet with a constant stream of visitors to our yachts. Having three great boats on display is proving a great attraction, as are their inherent quality.

The 27-metre Raised Pilothouse Helga is surely the ultimate family motoryacht in her size, as her owners intended when they commissioned her. Visitors are captivated by her beautiful pastel-blue livery and love looking round a delightful interior which includes a large main lounge, four suites and some exquisite finishing in whitewashed oak and walnut.

Also making her debut in Cannes, appointments are available for an exclusive tour of the Explorer Venera, built for a repeat client. Offering exceptional volume for a 28-metre yacht, all living spaces are on the same level. Come and admire the way designer Guido de Groot teamed up with our craftsmen to create an industrial flavour and a loft feel.

Last but certainly not least we're presenting the Waterdream California 52. This wonderful 14.62-metre weekender won the 'Most Innovative Award' at the World Yacht Trophies 2020 in the 45-64-foot category and as she lights up the quay in Cannes it's easy to see why. As well as this hat-trick of top boats, visitors to our stands at SYE 224 and SYE 037 are also picking up a copy of the first Van der Valk magazine.
