Two award-winners on display at FLIBS 2024: Lady Lene & Edge 65
Van der Valk will have not one but two iconic yachts on display at this year’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from Wednesday 30 October to Sunday 3 November inclusive. Head to booths A-121 and A-126 to see Lady Lene and the EDGE 65 in all their prime and enjoy an exclusive tour onboard these award-winning vessels.
Lady Lene followed up a special commendation at the World Superyacht Awards by winning a 2023 BOAT Design & Innovation Award. The prestigious Neptune trophy for Best Interior Design was presented to us and Carla Guilhem Design and you’ll soon see why when you step inside. Custom-built for her owners, this 34-metre tri-deck explorer has inspired various success stories while her fast-displacement hull has served as the foundation for other builds.
The EDGE 65 has also set a benchmark that others have followed since her launch last year and won Best Custom motoryacht at the Cannes show. She’s the first Van der Valk to feature a Petestep hull and has a top speed of 40 knots. An exceptional exterior design by Cor D. Rover, exquisite interior by Carla Guilhem and expert work by Studio Delta Naval Architects created a boat that you will surely find impressive in Fort Lauderdale.
The second EDGE 65 is now being built with a different interior design and we’d welcome the chance to share more at the show. And of course the event would be the ideal moment to discuss your ideas for an entirely bespoke superyacht in our niche market between 80 and 150 feet. Drop us an email here to make an appointment.
