The Cannes Yachting Festival will be yet another opportunity for CMC Marine to showcase the breadth of its offering and present the latest new developments. The Italian company’s systems can be found on over 30 of the most important yachts featured at the event.

Also on show will be the STAB50, a new addition to the Waveless STAB range, and a new fin design developed by CMC Marine has developed to improve performance at zero speed by 25%.

The Cannes Yachting Festival, as always, is an opportunity to show the market the breadth and diversification of CMC Marine products, which are installed in over 30 of the yachts and superyachts showcased at the French boat show.

“One of our company’s strengths, in addition the breadth of our offering, is undoubtedly the ability to work with shipyards that build boats of very different types, dimensions, materials and uses. From explorers to small fibreglass navettas and composite or aluminium displacement yachts, not to mention catamarans, we work with the customer to identify the best solution for each type of product,” commented CMC Marine vice-chairman Pietro Cappiello.

The stabilizers, thrusters and steering systems designed and produced by CMC Marine are fitted to over 30 of the yachts that will be on show at the Festival, including Widercat 92, Motopanfilo 37M (Benetti), Sherpa 60 and Sherpa 80 (Arcadia Yachts), Manhattan 68 (Sunseeker), SP120 (Sanlorenzo), Oceano 39 (Mangusta), ThirtySix (Mulder), a Van Der Valk 34-metre superyacht and Baglietto’s Dom 133.

The Cannes Yachting Festival will also be an opportunity for the company founded in 2005 to present the world premiere of its STAB50, the latest development in the Waveless STAB family of electric stabilizers designed for boats from 12 to 35 metres in length and characterized by excellent performance, compact size, simple installation and use and suitability for application on fibreglass, aluminium, wood and steel hulls.

Visitors to the Festival will also be able to discover the new fin design CMC Marine has developed to improve performance at zero speed by 25%.
