RemigoOne Neo Wins Design of the Year at the European Product Design Awards
Remigo d.o.o. proudly announces that the RemigoOne Neo electric outboard has been named Design of the Year at the 2025 European Product Design Awards (EPDA), one of Europe’s most prestigious honors recognizing excellence in industrial design.
“This recognition reflects our commitment to designing products that are not only technically excellent, but a joy to use,” said Ajda Bertok, Lead Designer of RemigoOne Neo. “Winning Design of the Year among so many talented entries across diverse categories is a tremendous honor for our entire team.”
The European Product Design Awards celebrate outstanding product designs that improve everyday life, honoring innovation, functionality, and creativity across industries. In awarding RemigoOne Neo the top honor, the EPDA jury cited the product’s fully integrated design and real-world usability:
“RemigoOne Neo redefines marine propulsion with a fully integrated electric outboard that functions as a rudder. Compact, powerful, and emission-free, it delivers the performance of a petrol outboard with quiet operation, reduced maintenance, and a durable aluminum unibody built for real-world boating.”
The RemigoOne Neo design team includes Marko Vrtovec, Valentin Koblar, Jan Rudolf, Tjaš Cvek, and Ajda Bertok.
Since its launch, RemigoOne has drawn international attention as the first blade-shaped, fully integrated electric outboard, introducing a radically new form factor that has since influenced the wider electric outboard market.
