YARE 2022 (Yachting Aftersales and Refit Experience), will involve the entire nautical district dedicated to Superyachts, from Livorno to La Spezia with a rich program of events: forums, workshops and business meetings. An event spreading over the Versilia area and, in particular, in Viareggio, one of the most important nautical districts in the world. 

Organized by Navigo, one of the main European networks or service for innovation and development of yachting, the 12th edition of YARE is taking place from the 16th to the 18th of March, with a preview on the 15th for yacht captains.

YARE presents Mediterranean and Northern European top-players operating globally in the superyacht segment. Starting with a preview for captains arriving on the 15th of March, the focus of YARE will be on the 16th with the usual activities that are the highlight of  he event: the Superyacht Captains Forum  – organised by the international media partner The Superyacht Group and led by Martin H. Redmayne, chairman of the British publishing group – and the B2C meetings between captains and companies. In the same days, the technical workshops on topics related to the industry will see the participation of all attendees, as a great opportunity to do networking.

Participating companies are Italian and international top-players in yacht building and refit such as the shipyards Sanlorenzo, Overmarine, Rossinavi, Tankoa Yachts, Adriatic42, Lürssen and Astilleros de Mallorca, just to name a few.

Several international marinas as well have already registered such as Marina Port Vell Barcellona, Porto Montenegro, West Instanbul Marina and the Italian Network Marine della Toscana and Assonautica Sassari.

Being refit operations the main focus, many suppliers of products and services are confirmed on the companies’ side: among them, Jotun e Boero, List, Metrica, Oldenburger; Vulkan, Desmi, MTU-Rolls Royce Solutions and many more.

Among the yacht captains part of the exclusive group selected by NAVIGO, more than half are foreign with prevalence of Greek, Turkish, French, English, Ukrainian, Spanish nationalities -, almost 100 professionals, on board of superyachts between 30 and 60 meters - or over, like the 147mt Prince Abdulaziz - mainly private, with a presence of yacht charters and representation of 33 shipyards total.

Other features included in the programme: the Passerelle Pitch, a very much-appreciated moment shared with the entire audience and featuring the latest company’s innovations. The Captains Awards confirmed for this edition and powered by the Italian Register RINA that will also organize a Seminar Day on the 18th of March.

Leisure and recreational activities for captains and companies complete the scenario of this networking event: the Gala Dinner, the Captains' Night as well as sport competitions and a football match scheduled for Saturday 19th of March at the new Marco Polo Sports Center in Viareggio, opened by the former coach of the national football team Marcello Lippi and partners.
