QS Seamaster Strengthens U.S. Presence with EYS Agreement
QS Seamaster strengthens its presence in the North American market by signing a strategic agreement with EYS – Engineered Yacht Solutions, a well-established yacht services and supplies company. The agreement provides for the sale and service of QS Seamaster products in the United States, marking a significant step in the brand’s international expansion.
EYS is a key partner thanks to its extensive local presence. The company has several operational offices in some of the key locations of the Safe Harbor Marinas network: Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Savannah, and Newport. This network guarantees
Specializing in the fabrication and welding of steel components and piping systems, EYS holds high-profile certifications, including Lloyd’s Register, ABS, USCG, and RINA. In recent years, the company has expanded its scope of activities, evolving its business model and acquiring leadership in the distribution and service of yachting components. This development, combined with its strategic presence in the most important marinas in the United States, has consolidated the company’s reputation and visibility in the industry.
Confirming the partnership’s full effectiveness, EYS technicians have already completed dedicated training programs in Italy for both electric thrusters and hydraulic systems, for which QS Seamaster boasts a specialized team that creates custom solutions. This training allows the American partner to guarantee both distribution and qualified after-sales support for QS Seamaster thrusters.
“This agreement represents a key strategic step in strengthening our presence in the US market,” said Marco Donà, Executive VP and CEO of SAIM (owner of the QS Seamaster brand). “Partnering with a structured and recognized player like EYS allows us to offer even more widespread and highly qualified service to our customers, while ensuring the highest standards in both the sales and service of QS Seamaster products.”
“We’re glad to collaborate with SAIM on this range of products”, said Thomas McGowan, President of EYS. “We share a passion for our work, ethical values, and rigorous standards: we are confident that the collaboration between our companies won’t stop here and will continue on other projects as well”.
The agreement therefore represents a key step in QS Seamaster’s international growth strategy, aimed at expanding in the most relevant markets through solid partnerships with highly specialized operators with strong local roots.
