Breedendam Yachts in the Netherlands has confirmed that its flagship new motorboat - the Breedendam MTB fourzero Wheelhouse - will be unveiled for the very first time at the upcoming Boot Dusseldorf show. This outstanding 13.37-metre yacht will make its global debut from 21 to 29 January and be on display to the many thousands of sailing fans expected in Dusseldorf. There will be a special press event at the Breedendam stand (5A41) on Tuesday 24 January 10:00 AM.

The MTB fourzero Wheelhouse is an all-aluminium beauty which combines a wealth of high-tech features with a superb interior. Designed by Guido de Groot, the launch model will have many facilities chosen by her owner, including a wide array of diving equipment and a hydraulic swimming ladder and gangway.

At home in all climates
Powered by twin Volvo IPS600 engines, the MTB fourzero Wheelhouse will defy her classic looks by attaining a top speed of 35 knots. Since she is equipped with both air conditioning and central heating, the yacht will be equally at home in warm and cold climates. This is just as well considering that the owner intends to cruise the Caribbean as well as northern Europe.

Deluxe innovation
“Over the last four decades Breedendam has been a consistent innovator in building deluxe retro yachts with an excellent performance,” says sales director Albert Gerritsma. “The MTB fourzero Wheelhouse marries the best aspects of the MTB 30 and a lot of new technologies in an exciting new format created in partnership with Guido de Groot Design. We are delighted to be able to showcase the results for the first time at Boot Dusseldorf.”

Timeless
The MTB fourzero Wheelhouse comfortably sleeps four people within a smart layout that includes a galley, dinette, large salon and generous shower. The interior has a relaxed contemporary style that matches the timeless exterior, with the main wood being teak.
