Sealence introduces the new Sealence Hotel System
Unlimited green & silent energy for yachts and mega-yachts hotel loads. That's what the new Sealence product offers.
Power for "hotel services", seems to be never enough. Air conditioning on day and night, galleys, pools, stabilizers and every accessory that generates comfort is consuming electricity, therefore the generators are always running.
Unfortunately, since today, this meant high consumption, disturbing noise, vibrations and toxic emissions, especially perceived at night and at anchor.
From today on, you will forget about all these inconvenients, thanks to a new and revolutionary product of Sealence, the Italian company known for its electric propulsion DeepSpeed.
The Sealence Hotel System is designed to provide energy for at least 12 hours, in absolute silence with zero emissions. No more vibrations, noise or pollution and all this without renouncing to any of the onboard comforts.
This new product includes an innovative fireproof "Powerbank", available in three different sizes: 80, 160 and 320 kWh. When the Powerbank is going low, an innovative "Charging System" restores it in 20 minutes. All this, without the need to connect to shore power.
Till now, in order to have such features, it was necessary to use fuel-cell systems and hydrogen tanks, with all the risks and problems related to the hydrogen distribution.
By comparing the technical data of current fuel-cell systems with the new Sealence Hotel System, this last one results to be more performant from all points of view: weights, onboard footprint, usability and, last but not least, purchase and management costs, extremely lower than those based on fuel-cell, without mentioning the great simplification resultant from the absence of hydrogen.
The innovative Sealence Hotel System will be presented at the Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo Europe in Amsterdam, from 21st to 23rd June 2022.
In short, another great step forward in the mission of Sealence to bring a wave of green change in the marine sector!
