LASAI 32KS brings silent electric boating to Cannes
LASAI will present the LASAI 32KS at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, giving visitors and industry professionals the opportunity to experience the zero-emissions electric-powered model first-hand.
With an overall length of 9.65 metres, the LASAI 32KS is a catamaran designed to combine performance, stability and comfort with the benefits of electric propulsion. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots and has a cruising speed of 10 knots.
Its energy system features 126 kWh of battery capacity, complemented by a photovoltaic system providing up to 1,300 Wp, contributing to greater energy efficiency both while cruising and at anchor, delivering up to 80 nautical miles of range at a 10-knot cruising speed.
A catamaran designed around silence and comfort
One of the defining characteristics of the LASAI 32 KS is the experience created by its electric propulsion system. The absence of the noise and vibrations associated with conventional combustion engines allows passengers to enjoy the marine environment in a much more natural and immersive way.
The catamaran is equipped with an interior double cabin with an en-suite head that allows overnight stays on board and enables longer journeys. The layout and the living space on deck (28 square meters) is comparable to 40-foot boats.
With a maximum beam of 2.99 metres and a lightweight configuration starting at 2,700 kg, the LASAI 32KS has been designed both for efficient cruising and for enjoying time on board. The vessel is CE certified, Category B, and can accommodate up to 12 passengers.
LASAI 32KS at Cannes
During the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the LASAI 32KS and explore its technology, design and approach to electric boating.
LASAI 32KS will be on display in Port Canto at stand POWER 014.
The LASAI team will be available throughout the festival to meet with members of the press, industry professionals, distributors and prospective clients interested in learning more about the project and the opportunities offered by electric boating.
Gari Tellería, CEO of Lasai Solar Electric Boats said, “Cannes is an exceptional opportunity to introduce the LASAI 32KS to an international audience and demonstrate that electrification can go hand in hand with performance, design and comfort. Our goal is to change the perception of what electric boating can be and to offer an experience where silence and efficiency take centre stage.”
