Scheurer Bootswerft takes over Fiberfoam Austria

Fiberfoam Austria was founded over 30 years ago and specialises in the development and production of carbon masts and composite sail battens. With this takeover, Scheurer Bootswerft is expanding its competences in the composite sector and is clearly in favour of production in Switzerland. 

"We are very happy to have found a strong partner in Scheurer Bootswerft AG, which has deep expertise in the composite sector and has been long established in the yachting scene", Barbara and Scott Anderson, the owners of Fiberfoam Austria share.
