Delicious and tasty success for the 2nd edition of the Yachting Dinner Night Monaco
Great and delicious success for the Yachting Dinner Night culinary format, hitted in its’ second edition of the Monaco Yacht Show eve, organized again by Towant and Ceragioli-Storåkers Associates. Aligning with the week of the Monaco Yacht Show, the highly anticipated event boosted the presence of professionals during the 'pre-show' phase contributing to generate interest in the relationship creation field.
Shipyards took the field to cook the most significant and delicious dishes to their guests, becoming chefs for one night. Partners, designers and media representatives has been greeted at the beautiful venue of restaurant “Amici Miei” tasting and judging great food paired with delicious wines offered by Comte de Monte-Carlo.
SYBAss with the Water Revolution Foundation, Cantiere Rossini, Latitude Yachts and ICON Yachts took the reins of the night arranging a complete four course menu for their guests racing to win the title of “Best Dish of the Night”.
First course served by SYBAss and the Water Revolution Foundation with Lorenzo Pollicardo and Robert Van Tol titled “SYBAss alla Ligure” paired with Champagne Comte de Monte-Carlo Rosé Premier Cru ‘Beau Rivage’ opened the dinner with a fresh and delicate entrèe.
Cantiere Rossini with Alexandra Wiliams and Chiara Vetrari delighted their guests with creamy and tasty “Maccheroni alla Rossini” paired with Baron de Monte-Carlo Côtes du Rhône sélection Eric Bonnet rouge 2023.
“Marine Voyage - Baltic Fusion” prepared by Chulhun Park and Anna Diana Bzhishkyan by Latitude Yachts paired with Baron de Monte-Carlo Côtes du Rhône sélection Eric Bonnet blanc 2023 / BIO Côtes de Provence Rosé 2023 gave a marine taste to the night.
Last but not least "ICONic MonChou” by Rebecca Budel and Marek Hasenkopf from ICON Yachts delighted the guests with a sweet and delicious conclusion.
Design partners of this convivial and pleasant night Dornbracht, Jotun Italia, NC Marmi, Signature Kitchen Suite, VideoWorks. Guests for the night Architectural Studios represented by Anna Borla, Alberto Mancini Yacht Design, Espen Oino International, Francesca Cianficconi, Gian Paolo Nari Yacht Design, ILIOS Décor, Massari Design, Monk Design, Pininfarina, Pulina Exclusive Interiors, Sabrina Monte-Carlo, Uros Pavasovic. International Superyacht Society, IUM University, Luxury Yachts, TEDxForteDeiMarmi, TWW Yachts as special guests for the night voted for the press award.
Guests voted the dishes very carefully and declared "ICONic MonChou” the “Best Dish of the Night”. The final press award was conquered by Cantiere Rossini with their “Maccheroni alla Rossini”.
Once again the Yachting Dinner Night was a great success.
