Bertram at the Genoa Boat Show with two Center Console models: the 39CC and the 34CC
At the 65th Genoa International Boat Show, from 18 to 23 September 2025, Bertram takes center stage with two models that embody the contemporary evolution of the fisherman concept. The American shipyard, part of the Baglietto Group since 2015, will showcase the Bertram 39CC and the new Bertram 34CC, two boats from the Center Console range designed to deliver high-level fishing performance while also offering sturdiness, versatility and layouts suitable for leisure cruising or as tenders for large yachts.
Bertram 39CC – A Fisherman with Open-Space Comfort
The Bertram 39CC is currently the largest model in the shipyard’s Center Console series. With an overall length of 12.19 meters and a beam of nearly 4 meters (3.96 m), it features an in-house designed Deep-V hull that combines the ruggedness of an ocean-going fisherman with the comfort of a sporty day cruiser. Standard propulsion comes from a triple installation of Mercury Verado 300 hp outboards, with the option to upgrade to three 450 hp units.
On deck, the layout balances functionality with comfort. Behind the central console with hardtop, four protected seats are provided, while forward a full dinette creates a convivial area alongside the fishing equipment. The fishing set-up is comprehensive: two livewells of over 150 liters, two fishboxes, 18 stainless steel rod holders distributed between stern, rocket launcher and deck, plus an aft-facing mezzanine seat with integrated bait prep station.
Below deck, the generous beam creates surprisingly ample space: the layout includes a transverse double berth, a separate bathroom with shower, and a galley area. Depending on use, it is possible to fit a generator and a Seakeeper gyroscopic stabilizer. The hull, built in vinylester infusion with a composite bottom and sandwich sides, is optimized to handle rough sea conditions.
Bertram 34CC – Compact Versatility for Every Trip
The new Bertram 34CC, measuring 10.92 meters in length with a beam of 3.53 meters, is designed for a diverse clientele. This model combines a sporty vocation with a weekend cruising attitude. The walkaround layout with central console and hardtop divides the boat into well-defined functional areas: aft, a spacious uncluttered cockpit with livewell, rod holders and four large insulated fishboxes; forward, a relaxation zone with seating, stereo and cupholders.
Below deck, the 34CC offers a compact but well-designed living area: sofa, sink, concealed toilet, and the possibility to convert the lounge into a double berth thanks to a fold-down backrest. Storage lockers and rod racks complete the equipment.
In terms of propulsion, the 34CC comes with two outboard options: standard with twin Mercury Verado V10 400 hp engines, or optionally with three Mercury V10 350 hp engines. The fuel tank has a capacity of 1,363 liters, while freshwater reserves amount to 121 liters.
